Privacy notice
Last updated 20 September 2026.
This notice explains what personal information R&D Innovate collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- What you choose to send us: your name, email address and message, through the contact form or by email.
- Basic technical data that our hosting provider records when any website is visited, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not use this to identify you.
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and loads no advertising. Its fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms relays contact-form messages to our inbox.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
These providers may store data outside Australia. We use them only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records, then deleted.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing rd@rdinnovate.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
